Our system has been further modified offering the possibility of automatically distributing a special stain-resistant impregnation on the already lasered surface. Through the simultaneous combination of the anti-slip laser processing and the STONEPROTECT impregnating treatment it is thus possible to obtain a glossy “non-slip” floor and at the same time protected from impurities and dirt particles.
The special feature of this new impregnating ingredient that makes it specific for laserized surfaces is that of not obstructing the holes produced by the Laser itself (being this system based on nanotechnologies that penetrate the internal structure of the material) as can happen with the other impregnating ingredients (absolutely not suitable) based on covering waxes that act only superficially. In addition, thanks to its water-repellent and oleo-repellent qualities, this system drastically reduces the absorption of stains and dirt particles, eliminates the formation of bacteria in a completely natural way, facilitating cleaning operations and thus significantly reducing maintenance costs. Particularly advantageous is also the price compared to a subsequent impregnation on the floor already laid in place.
The two systems of Laser SAFESTONE and IMPREGNATING STONEPROTECT can be used separately, but when used simultaneously they can offer the best possible results in this field. In addition, for each work performed we issue our own declaration of successful processing with the degree or class of anti-slip achieved. On request, it is possible to have a certificate issued by an institution for which we need to receive 1 square meter more of the ordered material. After the examination, this material no longer reusable, remains at the control institution. The aforementioned certificates serve to guarantee the institutions that the floor complies with the regulations in force.
